ÖZET
Santral sinir sisteminde görülen nörodejeneratif hastalıklar, hücresel düzeydeki gelişim mekanizmaları hala araştırma konusu olan ve az anlaşılan önemli bir grup hastalığı içermektedir. Bu derlememizde santral sinir sistemindeki nöronal dejenerasyonun histopatolojik özelliklerini en son bilgiler ışığında özetleyeceğiz.

ABSTRACT
The mechanisms of the neurodegenerative diseases at the cell level are still a research subject in central nervous system and it includes important group of diseases that are understood insufficiently. In this review, we summarized the histopathologic features of neuronal degeneration in central nervous system in the perspective of recent literatures.
