ÖZET
Notalgia parestetika; skapular alanda ciltte yanıcı vasıfta ağrı; hiperestezi, hipoestezi veya parestezi gibi duyusal semptomların eşlik edebildiği, hiperpigmente ve kaşıntılı deri lezyonu ile kendisini gösteren unilateral sensöriyel bir nöropatidir. Klinik pratiğimizde nadir görülen bu fenomenin, patogenezi ve tedavi opsiyonları bir olgu üzerinden tartışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT
Notalgia paresthetica, inflammation of the skin in the scapular area, is a unilateral sensorial neuropathy presenting with hyperpigmented and itchy skin lesions accompanied by sensory symptoms such as hyperesthesia, hypoesthesia or paresthesia. The pathogenesis and treatment options of this rare phenomenon in our clinical practice are discussed in a case report.
