Age, sex, marital status, education, occupation, psychologic status, medical history, trauma type are the variables. Psychosocial Adaptation-Self Declaration Scale were used. Results: Patients with spinal cord injury have psychosocial maladaptation. There is a significant difference between age, trauma type and psychosocial distress. Conclusion: Family circle has a positive correlation with occupational status and sexuel relation. Psychosocial distress has a negative correlation with good family relations.
